From Finance to Coaching: A Journey of Passion and Purpose

With a long-standing background in finance, I realized that my true passion lay not in crunching numbers but in empowering people to achieve their goals. This realization led me to the transformative world of coaching.

Since 2019, I have dedicated myself to this journey, earning an international PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential. In 2022, I took the leap, leaving my financial career behind to focus fully on helping others grow and succeed through coaching.

A Coaching Approach Rooted in Empathy and Trust

Empathy and credibility are the cornerstones of my coaching philosophy. My mission is to foster a trust-based relationship that empowers clients to unlock their potential. During our sessions, I provide a safe and supportive space where they can confidently explore and pursue their goals.

While the direction and decisions remain theirs, I am committed to offering the support platform and environment needed for meaningful growth, development, and transformation.

Supporting Professionals and Parents Alike

I specialize in individual and team coaching across industries, including Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and even the public sector, such as education. With a particular interest in agile organizations, I also enjoy supporting agile teams in their development.

I also offer mentoring sessions to peer coaches. As an ICF certified PPC coach, I’m qualified to mentor ICF ACC coaches want to renew their credentials.

Additionally, as a parent who has navigated the challenges of balancing work and family, I am deeply committed to supporting mothers of young children. Through pro bono coaching, I help them harmonize their professional and personal lives, empowering them to thrive in both roles with confidence and balance.
